The tenant may cancel or change the rental contract at any time, as long as the cancellation is sent to us in writing. The following deadlines and costs apply: cancellations or changes within 3 days of date when booking was made: $250.00 (plus tax) administrative fee. Cancellations of 46 or more days prior to arrival: 30% of the total rental amount is forfeited. Cancellations of 45 or less days prior to arrival: 100% of total rental amount is forfeited.
