Notes

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax. 

An energy allowance of $30.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We understand that traveling, especially as a family, is something you plan months and months in advance. Even with all that planning, things can still go wrong. Your vacation budget may suddenly be faced with unforeseen expenses and your plans may abruptly change. Things happen. We know this and we have always provided our customers with the option to purchase Vacation Rental Insurance to help when things go awry. This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
