Villa Willshire is a charming waterfront vacation home located in the SE of Cape Coral close to the Yacht Club. Beautifully furnished, this 1700 sq. ft. southern-exposure pool home features open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms (K/Q/Q), and 2.5 bathrooms (one with patio access), flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet.   The patio has dining furniture, grill, and lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool.  Cape Coral beach, several marinas, and numerous dining and shopping venues in downtown Cape Coral are within easy driving distance. Please note that boat dock and boat lift are not available for use, it is not possible to dock a rental boat at this property.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax.
 
An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

This affords our customers the luxury of cancellation refunds, emergency assistance, travel delay reimbursement, identity theft protection, baggage delay, 24-hour emergency assistance, and more! Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
