Villa Tomaso boasts direct Gulf access, beautiful sunsets and wide canal views, as well as a prime location in Cape Coral's boating paradise.   Featuring open-concept living with a light decor and colorful accents, this pool home has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, dining area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with patio access), high-speed internet, and flat-screen TV.   The spacious patio has dining and lounge furniture, grill, and a heated pool and spa.  There is also seating on the dock by the water.   Cape Coral beach, several marinas, and numerous dining and shopping venues are only minutes away.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax.
 
An energy allowance of $25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
