Villa Blue Dolphins is a luxurious southern-exposure pool home with Gulf access and 2816 sq. ft. of living space in the most desirable area of Cape Coral. This beautiful villa maximizes the Florida experience with its contemporary light decor, high ceilings, and multiple water views from inside and outside.   Villa Blue Dolphins has two master suites (K/K), two guest rooms (K/2F), and three large bathrooms, living room that opens to the patio, fully equipped kitchen, formal and informal dining, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet.   Enjoy the magnificent water views as you dine on the patio or relax in the pool and spa.   For boating enthusiasts, there is a dock (boat lift is not available as it holds the owner's vessel) and you are only minutes from Cape Harbour and Tarpon Point and their full-service marinas, upscale restaurants and shops. Everyday items -- groceries, pharmacy, postal services, etc. -- are available at Camelot Isles Shopping Plaza, less than two miles away.  Cape Coral beach and many other dining and shopping options are also within easy driving distance.

If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an ADDITIONAL $175/week plus tax. 

An energy allowance of $ 25.00 is included per week. Additional usage will be charged with $0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: A 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied against the total amount due. The final rental payment is due 45 days prior to Guest arrival and is non-refundable at that point. Should the 45 day deadline fall on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, the final rental payment will be charged on the last business day prior to the 45 day deadline.

Vacation Rental Insurance is purchased as an addition to your accommodations at a nominal 7.25% of your total. That’s less than sales tax in many places!
