In the preferred south-west of Cape Coral, very close to Cape Harbour located right on a lake with unique wildlife, is this beautiful holiday home.

The house has two floors and offers a living space of 2,800 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living area with formal dining and an open kitchen with breakfast area, and a large, separate room upstairs. The large master bedroom has a King Size bed and a large walk-in closet. From here, you have a fantastic view across the lake, which invites you to dream. The adjoining bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a walk-in shower and a spa tub, the bathroom has two sinks and a separate toilet. The two guest rooms are furnished with a king- and queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet. One of the guest rooms also offers access to the terrace and a fantastic view over the lake.

Upstairs you have an additional room and a bathroom. Here is a desk, and printer / scanner, two sofas and another flat screen, and a Play station 3 which also works as a blu ray player. The two sofas can be easily converted into additional sleeping facilities and provide additional space for two extra persons. The house was newly furnished in the summer of 2010, with great attention to detail.

One of the highlights of this holiday home is the outdoor area with its large, electrically heated pool and ample space for sunbathing or a delicious barbeque in the evening. From the pool area, with west exposure, you can experience unique sunsets, which only Florida has to offer! If you look even closer, sometimes you can watch the sea turtles. These small highlights make your vacation unforgettable.


The house has a Wi-Fi access and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Furthermore, there are three bikes available, for exploring the area or for a sunny trip. Supermarkets and restaurants are accessible by car or bike in a few minutes.
